K-pop superstars BTS announced their comeback special on Monday, a livestreamed concert on Netflix on March 21, followed a few days later by a new documentary on the band.

“The Comeback Live | Arirang” will stream on Netflix at 8 p.m. Korean Standard Time – that’s 7 a.m. ET – so expect a lot of sleepy U.S. K-pop fans that Saturday.

BTS will stage the concert at Gwanghwamun, the main gate of the former royal palace Gyeongbokgung, which was built in 1395.

It will be the group’s first concert since Oct. 15, 2022, after which the seven members of the group – Jimin, RM, Suga, V, J-hope, Jung Kook, and Jin – began their mandatory service in the South Korean military.

Their fifth album, “Arirang,” will be released on March 20, one day before the concert, with the Arirang World Tour launching in April with three shows in Goyang, South Korea. It reaches Southern California for four nights at SoFi Stadium between Sept. 1 and Sept. 6.

The new documentary, “BTS: The Return,” will premiere on March 27, giving fans a look inside the making of the new album “Arirang.”
