Family guide to new movie releases
Published in Entertainment News
'HOW TO MAKE A KILLING'
Rated R for language and some violence/bloody images.
What it’s about: A disgraced heir to a large family fortune decides to eliminate the competition in line for the inheritance.
The kid attractor factor: This is more of an adult dark comedy — not really for kids.
Good lessons/bad lessons: Is being wealthy really all it's cracked up to be?
Violence: Some murders framed as accidents and one obvious murder — shooting, bow and arrows, bloody images, etc.
Language: Swearing throughout.
Sex: None
Drugs: Poisoning.
Parents’ advisory: Too mature for kids but fine for teens.

'EPIC: ELVIS PRESLEY IN CONCERT'
Rated PG-13 for smoking and some language.
What it’s about: A concert film made up of never-seen footage of Elvis in Vegas.
The kid attractor factor: This will appeal to older audiences unless you have an Elvis-obsessed kid.
Good lessons/bad lessons: Never forget Elvis was about the music, first and foremost.
Violence: None
Language: Some strong language.
Sex: None
Drugs: Cigarette smoking.
Parents’ advisory: Fine for audiences of all ages (if they like Elvis).
