Model and actress Bijou Phillips is racing against the clock to find a new kidney — with little success so far.

Those close to Phillips, including friends and family members, “have gone through the process” of determining if they’re a match and able to donate, but they were all incompatible with the 45-year-old, a source told US Weekly.

“There are no prospective donors right now,” the insider said.

Despite the setback, Phillips’ family members are “optimistic” about the chances of finding a match within the next “couple months.”

The “Bully” actress is currently hospitalized at UCLA Health, where she began dialysis treatment on Tuesday, according to TMZ.

Phillips has long been open about her health struggles. In 2017, she had a kidney transplant, but complications followed — including an infection called BK virus — which eventually led to both cellular and antibody rejection.

“I’m asking as a friend, a sister, an aunt, and, most importantly, a single mother to an incredible and brave daughter. I am in need of a kidney,” Bijou wrote in an Instagram post earlier this week. She added that she was “born with underdeveloped kidneys and spent the first three months of life in the NICU on dialysis.”

Phillips shares an 11-year-old daughter, Fianna Francis, with ex-actor and convicted rapist Danny Masterson.

The former couple married back in 2011. Phillips filed for divorce in 2023, less than two weeks after Masterson was was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison.
