New prison, new problems.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is reportedly in some hot water at his new home, Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix in New Jersey.

The disgraced rapper was transferred there from notorious federal pen MDR in Brooklyn late last month. It’s a minimum security facility where former reality star Joe Giudice did some time on fraud charges.

Alleged issue No. 1: Combs was caught with homemade moonshine, TMZ reported last week. That’s a sugary concoction of fermented Fanta soda and apples.

The music mogul’s rep Juda S. Engelmayer slammed the homemade alcohol story in a statement:

“There have been several false and reckless reports circulating about Mr. Combs. He has not violated any prison rules. His sobriety and self-discipline are priorities, and he is taking them seriously.”

Alleged issue No. 2: Citing prison documents, CBS News reports Combs made an unauthorized three-person phone call. The Bureau of Prisons does not allow inmates to add multiple people on a line, and conversations must be one on one.

In a different statement to media, Engelmayer blamed someone on his legal team for the infraction.

“The phone call he was on was initiated by an attorney and it was attorney client privilege and appropriate,” said the rep.

Engelmayer adds that the Bad Boy Records founder is trying to become a better person by entering the drug treatment program and working in the chapel library.

CBS News notes that the chapel, where the hip hopper is the chaplain’s assistant, is considered one of the “more desirable assignments,” involving organizing books, cleaning the office and doing some record-keeping.

A federal judge ruled that Combs was to spend the remainder of his 50-month stint at Fort Dix after being convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution charges.

The 56-year-old (his birthday was Nov. 4) was originally set to be sprung May, 8, 2028. Combs, who is now almost completely gray as seen his new prison intake photo, will now be released June 4, 2028, as per the correctional institution’s inmate information page. But it’s unclear if the alleged transgressions are the cause of the date change.

The BoP has not confirmed why the Star Island resident’s sentence has changed.
